What types of customized gifts do you offer?

We offer customized drinking glassware. Please choose from the range of design to personalize your glassware as a gift or for yourself. Our products are of limited quantity and you will definitely find one that is unique to you.

What if I want a completely unique design?

While I love bringing your ideas to life, I currently don’t offer completely unique or one-off designs.

 Can I add a special message or note to the gift?

At the moment, we don't offer the option to include a gift card or special message with your order. However, we know this is something many of our customers would love, and we're looking into adding this feature in the near future. Stay tuned!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently don't offer gift wrapping, but we’re always working to improve our services—stay tuned!

Can I order in bulk for an event gift?

We offer bulk order discounts for events or special occasions. Contact us here for a discussion.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we only ship within Singapore.

When Will I Receive My Item After Placing An Order

You should receive your item within 6 working days.

What if my gift arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care in crafting and shipping your custom gifts, but if something goes wrong, please contact us here within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.

How do I care for my custom gift?

Care instructions for each product are provided on the product page and on the product itself. Be sure to follow these instructions to maintain the longevity and quality of your custom gift

Can I make changes to the delivery information once it's been placed?

If you would like to make changes to your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible here. It may not be possible to amend the delivery information once the order is shipped out.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept PayPal.We are still looking into other secure online payment options.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a mistake with your order or a product defect, please reach out here, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
